School Uniform Guidance
The JBS uniform has been redesigned and can be purchased from Magrudy’s on Jumeirah Beach Road. Shoes can be purchased elsewhere but have to comply with our requirements for footwear. For more information please visit Magrudy’s website https://magrudy.com
Please be advised that no make-up (apart from foundation or flesh-coloured make-up), nail varnish, tattoos or piercings are allowed. Jewellery should be kept at a minimum (one pair of earrings, bracelet and watch are acceptable)

Backpacks
All students should have the PE bag clearly marked with their name. Bags should not exceed 43cm high x 25cm wide x 20cm deep in order to fit into cubbies and lockers.
A robust bag is strongly recommended. They should not be wheeled, as “wheelie bags” are trip hazards and do not fit in the lockers.
You will be informed of your child’s PE and swimming days during Week 1.
Hats
All children (including secondary students) should bring a school hat to school.
Outside play is unlikely in September, but as the weather cools, the rule is – “no hat, play in the shade only.”
Shoes & Socks
Shoes shall be black and socks Charcoal Grey. For Early years the shoes can be the type where they are trainers too.
