A fully accredited International Baccalaureate (IB) World School
JBS is proud to be one of the only schools in the region that is fully accredited and offers all four International Baccalaureate Programmes; the Primary Years Programme (PYP), the Middle Years Programme (MYP), the Diploma Programme (DP), and the Career-Related Programme (CP).

A Quality Mark School of Character
JBS is proud to be the first international Quality Mark school outside the UK to be awarded the Quality Mark status by the Association for Character Education (ACE).
The Quality Mark or Quality Mark Plus is awarded to schools and colleges that can demonstrate that they take an explicit, planned and reflective approach to the cultivation of positive character qualities in their pupils.
KiVa
KiVa is an antibullying program that has been developed at the University of Turku, Finland, with funding from the Ministry of Education and Culture. The program is evidence-based which means that the effectiveness of KiVa has been proven scientifically. KiVa offers a wide range of concrete tools and materials for schools to tackle bullying.

BTEC
BTECs are high-quality, career-focused qualifications grounded in the real world of work. This means BTEC learners develop and apply the knowledge, skills and behaviours that employers and universities are looking for.
At JBS, our Career Related Programme students undertake the International Level 3 Foundation Diploma in Business. The programme is combined with opportunities for work experience throughout Grade 11 and Grade 12.

Inspection
A “Very Good” School- KHDA
Like every school in Dubai, we are inspected annually by the Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau (DSIB), part of the Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA)’s Dubai Schools Inspection Bureau (DSIB). The KHDA is responsible for the growth, direction and quality of private education and learning in Dubai.
